Kaylee Deatherage, RN, BSN

Lead Nurse Injector

Caring for others has always been Kaylee’s passion. From a young age, she aspired to become a nurse, a goal she achieved by graduating with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Gonzaga University. Kaylee quickly earned her RN license and began her healthcare career in Oncology, where she honed her skills in patient care and compassion.

Her love for beauty and wellness led her to transition into Aesthetics, where she completed a rigorous aesthetic residency program through a tenured and prestigious organization. Kaylee is recognized for her thorough consultations, excellent patient care, and gentle touch. Combining traditional nursing with aesthetic expertise, she has become passionate about helping patients gain the confidence they need to achieve their aesthetic goals.

Tyler Wassom, RN

Nurse Injector

Tyler Wassom is a seasoned healthcare professional with over a decade of experience, primarily in emergency medicine. Born and raised in Seattle, Tyler began his aesthetic journey in the spring of 2023 after spending his career as an Emergency Services Technician and RN at some of the nation’s most prestigious hospitals. After graduating from Santa Ana College in 2020, where he served as Class President and Mentorship Coordinator, Tyler excelled in restructuring a Code Stroke Program at a critical access hospital and precepting Resident Nurses. His dedication led him to a Charge Nurse position at a Pediatric Trauma Center, a role he ultimately chose to leave in pursuit of his passion for Aesthetics.

As a member of the International Society of Plastic and Aesthetic Nurses, Tyler regularly attends training seminars and aesthetic nursing conferences to stay updated with the latest treatments and innovations. He feels most fulfilled when working directly with clients in the treatment room, helping them achieve their aesthetic goals with precision and care.

Jessica Kent

Licensed Master Aesthetician

Jessica Kent is a Licensed Master Esthetician who earned her license through a unique apprenticeship program in Washington state that requires three times the standard hands-on training hours. She is also NCEA certified, one of the US’s highest voluntary aesthetic credentials.

Jessica attended Humboldt State University in Arcata, CA, where she studied biology and fine art. With six years in the beauty industry, she specializes in holistic skin rejuvenation, addressing the root causes of skin conditions to achieve and maintain beautiful, healthy results. Jessica believes that tackling the underlying issues makes lasting improvements in skin health and integrity possible. Her clients trust her to take them as far as they want on their aesthetic journey, often becoming lifelong skincare enthusiasts.

Jordyn Oakland

Licensed Master Aesthetician

Jordyn Oakland is a Licensed Master Aesthetician, content creator, and licensed educator who attended the Euro Institute of Skincare. She holds NCEA and ASCP certifications and was nominated for Dermascope Magazine’s Favorite Licensed Aesthetician award in 2023.

Jordyn is passionate about continuing her education and sharing skin knowledge online and in the treatment room. Her skincare philosophy revolves around a corneotherapeutic approach, focusing on maintaining overall skin health and addressing the root causes of skin conditions. Having dealt with hormonal acne and eczema herself, Jordyn adopts a mental health-driven approach to skincare, specializing in acne-prone skin. She emphasizes understanding the “why” behind skin concerns and is dedicated to her clients’ overall well-being through a holistic lens. Jordyn is an avid roller skater in her spare time, collaborates with top beauty brands on creative projects, and enjoys spending time with her two tuxedo kitties, Chester and Clementine.

Heather McLean

Certified Medical Assistant & Phlebotomist

Heather McLean brings 20 years of experience in the medical field, specializing in aesthetics, body sculpting, and women’s health. She proudly graduated from Clover Park College, earning Medical Assisting and Phlebotomy certifications. Heather has an extensive leadership background and is dedicated to ensuring all patients have a great experience and achieve their desired outcomes. She loves seeing patients build their self-confidence through her care.

When she’s not working, Heather enjoys traveling to new places, hiking, and making memories with her family and friends.

Carly Booser

Director of Aesthetics

Carly was born and raised in Seattle and has been in the aesthetic industry for about 6 years in many different facets. After graduating high school, Carly attended Southeastern University gaining a degree in Communications.

Shortly after completing her sophomore year, her own acne was so bad that she changed paths and attended the Euro Institute of Skincare to figure out how to treat her own skin. Through that journey she found her love for the medical side of aesthetics and immediately after graduating from the Euro Institute, attended the Washington Laser Institute. Carly graduated top of her class in both schools, earning the award for outstanding dedication, commitment, and teamwork. She started her career as a body specialist, built multiple offices from the ground up on the provider and management side, found success in consulting within the industry growing practices, and had a fruitful career as a representative for a prestigious laser company.

Now, Carly serves as the Director of Aesthetics, Licensed Master Aesthetician and Laser Specialist at NewSkin. She is a Laser Safety Officer, phlebotomist, is NCEA certified, a ZO Skin Health Expert and continues her education every single day to consistently stay on top of the newest and best treatments for her patients. Her specialty is combining modalities to treat complex cases.

In her off time, Carly loves CrossFit and pilates. She spends as much time as she can outside with her dogs, Aspen and Moose, and cheering on the Boston RedSox.

Kristin Storrs

Director of Operations

Kristin was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, where her love for aesthetics blossomed through both personal interest and professional experience. She began her aesthetic career at Advanced Hair Restoration 2018, where she assisted patients in achieving their hair restoration goals. This role deepened her love for helping individuals regain their confidence and self-esteem.

With a Bachelor's degree in Health Care Management and Leadership, Kristin merges her academic background with hands-on experience to deliver exceptional care. She finds joy in connecting with her patients, understanding their unique stories, and witnessing the transformative impact of aesthetic procedures.

Outside of her professional life, Kristin enjoys exploring the stunning landscapes of the PNW with her husband and two children. Whether hiking scenic trails or discovering local gems, she treasures these family moments. Kristin’s dedication to aesthetics is not just a career; it’s a lifelong passion that motivates her to continually learn and grow in the field.

Lauren Brashen

Surgical Coordinator

Lauren has been in the aesthetics industry for over 4 years, specializing in surgical consultations for body contouring, and most recently, facial plastics. She has helped to educate and counsel thousands of patients who have considered plastic surgery. Lauren's favorite part of her job is meeting new people and educating them about different types of surgery options, so that patients can achieve optimal results.

Lauren lives in Bellevue and in her spare time, enjoys spending time with her family, especially her two rescue dogs, Waffles and Atlas.

Traci Behnke

Lead Patient Care Coordinator

Traci is a dedicated and passionate Lead Patient Care Coordinator with several years of experience in the aesthetics industry. She brings a wealth of knowledge in skincare, client relations, and operational management.

At NewSkin, Traci excels in creating a welcoming and rejuvenating environment for our clients, ensuring they feel valued and informed throughout their experience. Known for her exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, Traci plays a pivotal role in coordinating appointments and supporting the medical team to ensure smooth operations.

Outside of work, Traci enjoys spending time with her three kids and live music.
